Order Cancellation

Order cannot be cancelled after 15 hours of placing order. If you want us to put your order on hold – DM us.

 

Returns & Refunds

• If your parcel gets returned for NO REASON, Shop of Moondust has right to expose your details to public.
• No refund will be done without solid reason or proofs. You have to record a video while unboxing.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (as an unboxing video).
• No refund will be processed after 42 hours of delivery.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
